Associated Doors Inc.’s garage door opener services include gear changes, force adjustments, setting limits, chain tightening, greasing, and re-hanging. The lifespan of an opener can range from 10-25 years, depending on brand and type. A technician will diagnose the service needed to repair your opener on the job site, and most service parts are brought to the job site.

Comprehensive Garage Door Repairs

Garage Doors Off Track
This service is generally needed when the travel of a garage door is obstructed when operated with an automatic opener. This service can range in difficulty depending on the severity of the door off track. We will diagnose the severity of the service and determine if any parts were broken as a result of the obstructed door.
Damaged Garage Door Panels
This service is generally needed when a door is hit while not in operation. Most damaged garage door panels cannot be repaired due to the extent of the damage, but usually, they can be replaced. Associated Doors, Inc. will diagnose the extent of the damage at the job site, and when a repair can be done, the technician will determine what hardware is needed.
Broken Rollers
This service is generally needed when a garage door ages and roller bearings become corroded. The average lifespan on garage door rollers are 10-15 years, and the life span is usually correlated to how well the door was maintained.
Broken Hinges and Hardware
This service is generally needed when a garage door is hit or obstructed. A technician will determine the hinges and hardware that need to be replaced at the job site.

Garage Door Replacement

Garage Door Replacement Sections

This service is generally needed when a garage door is hit while not in operation, and a repair cannot be made. We will determine at the job site if the option of replacing garage door sections is possible. Most garage door sections are replaceable, and the only contingency is if the make and model of the section are discontinued by its manufacturer.
